teensy-tiny people

Michael (Afterwards blog) made a comment yesterday that made me think…he said that it would be interesting to see George’s models, or something like that.

It honestly never occurred to me that people would want to see them. After all, I keep sending the poor man into a shed to get them away from me. But, no time like the present, especially as I have Michael’s comment firmly in my brain right now!

In my defense though, all those teensy-tiny people he makes give me the creeps…too many Mystery Science Theater 3000 movies in my past I suppose. But I have nightmares about all these tiny army and navy dudes coming to attack me.

In any event, Gorge’s models are incredibly detailed and many of them have permanent homes in museums around the country. I have a few pictures of them that I wanted to share.

I’ve been searching through my photo archives to locate the pictures from the Vance AF Display at our local museum… it may take a while to go through all my photos though as I have over 16K of em.  Yes, I AM that proud of George even though I make fun of the modeling he does.
