Cee’s share your world challenge
My heaven’s! I can not believe April is over! When did that happen? Didn’t it just start a day or so ago? As always, Cee’s questions are in a pretty color, and my boring answers are in a boring color.
Do you use paper money? If so is your money organized sequentially according to denomination? paper money is just about the only thing I do use. I refuse to have a credit card. I do have a check card..one of those debit thingys, and I use it, but far prefer knowing exactly how much I am using and where. It is never organized in my wallet.
I learned the hard way not to do that. I had only the twenties and tens stolen once at a wedding..the “nice” thieves left me my one dollar bills. It didn’t help that I had yet to purchase a plane ticket home and I was stranded in Texas without means to go home again.
Now, when cash is in my wallet, it is in multiple areas, all carefully hidden away. More likely than not though, it isn’t in my wallet at all but squirreled away in multiple pouches in my bag.
You are comfortable doing nothing? For long stretches of time? No, I am not. Doing nothing is boring. I am either reading, sewing, quilting, canning, cooking, cleaning, writing or crafting, but I never just sit.
What is your greatest strength? We did this one last year I think…and I have changed my mind. my greatest strength is being stubborn.
What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week? Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.
my dog getting on my computer to call Angie by skype. I simply have to stop keeping the computer on when I am not sitting there. Gunnar will get up on my office chair and start tapping away at my keyboard..which opens programs and new windows. He has several times now actually managed to get a call through on skype. It’s funny, but it is also annoying….mostly that he is smarter than i am when it comes to using my computer!
